Our name is our whole philosophy. 发轫 (fā rèn) means to set out, to launch, to begin. 轫 is the chock — the brake wedge placed under a cart's wheel, deliberately set, and meant to be released.

In classical Chinese, 发轫 is the precise moment a cart sets out — because the chock has been pulled. The horses are harnessed. The cart is loaded. The wheel is ready to roll. The chock is the only thing left. It isn't "productivity," and it isn't "friction." It's the instant the last obstacle is removed and the journey becomes inevitable.

That's what every Faren coach is for. You are already prepared — already capable, already carrying the load. The coach's job is to help you find the right next movement, then keep the path together as you continue. It shouldn't flood you with everything at once; progress usually needs sequence, context, judgment, and follow-through.
